University faculty have a lot of administrative work to do in addition to classroom duties. This includes monitoring student academic performance and managing extracurricular activities. Exposure to risk factors may cause health issues and raise the chance of workplace injury. This study aims to examine work engagement, psychosocial risks, and mental health within the faculty.
