This study aimed to identify the role of human resources management and achieve the competitive advantage of banks operating in the city of Ajdabiya and emanates from this main goal other sub -goals that this study seeks to achieve and is: 1. Measure the current reality of human resources management in the banking sector operating in the city of Ajdabiya. 2. Learn about the reality of the competitive advantage in banks operating in the city of Ajdabiya. 3. Provide recommendations in a way that contributes to promoting competitive advantage. The study community consists of all employees with banks operating in the city of Ajdabiya, where the number of employees reached (80) employees, and the questionnaire form was used to collect data, as the number of forms distributed to employees reached (75) forms (94) valid for statistical analysis.
