الملخص

This action-oriented research pursues two objectives. The first one is to examine the phenomenon of MOOCs, as it has evolved in recent years, which deserves particular attention from the educational community, including decision-makers, teachers, students, and researchers. The second objective is that this document will serve as an instrumented methodological framework for any teacher-designer wishing to establish distance courses, design, deploy, implement, and oversee this pedagogical engineering process. After discussing what has already been written on the subject, this is an opportunity to delve into the pedagogical scenario of such environments (MOOCs). It provides an opportunity to grasp this concept and explore some of its multiple facets as a research subject. We have focused on a specific question. It concerns the training of teachers in pedagogical scenario through a MOOC-type system that we have developed and implemented on our own platform (Laafou platform) and providing assistance to participants in creating such courses.
