English language teaching (ELT) is a wide field and contains many professional roles and responsibilities to achieve its aims. So, the topic of how to manage these responsibilities has become a focus of many types of research in educational science. In the past, many of these responsibilities were considered parts of the management field, but now they become essential parts of the teacher’s professional development. These responsibilities may require collecting and analyzing data, which needs to be interpreted and to be reported on. No doubt that this process has a great influence on the quality of education. This means that teachers and anyone involved in the ELT process should understand well basic requirements and principles to develop a project in a selected area of ELT management in a specific context.
