Abstract- Secularism is the principle based on the separation of government, its institutions, and political power from religious authority or religious figures. The principles of secularism are different and may mean that the government or state does not force anyone to embrace a particular belief, religion, or tradition for subjective reasons. It also guarantees the right not to convert to a particular religion and not to adopt a particular religion as the official religion of the State. In general terms, this term refers to the view that human activities and decisions - especially political ones - should not be subject to the influence of religious institutions. In this study, we will focus on Secular Thinker Sayed Alqmni and his Position from Sunnah.
